Job summary

SUMITOMO MITSUI BANKING CORP is seeking a Client Service and Implementation Officer to drive electronic banking integration and seamless onboarding for clients. You will coordinate between clients, internal teams, and regional counterparts to ensure platform functionality and ongoing satisfaction.

You will lead platform installation, training, and ERP integrations while managing the implementation pipeline and coordinating issue resolution with product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service for transaction banking, implementation and ERP integration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage product lifecycle, priorities, and implementation pipelines efficiently.
• Proficient in banking platforms and host-to-host connectivity solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in cross-functional and regional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional client services and implementation teams for electronic banking integration.
• Lead platform installation, customer training, system migration, and ERP integration.
• Manage implementation pipeline by monitoring progress and reviews against milestones.
• Support Sales in delivering complex transaction banking solutions like Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT FileAct.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of transaction banking products and conduct user training.
• Provide daily support to customers via phone or email; coordinate with product teams for issue resolution.
• Oversee onboarding for Cash & Cheque Collection arrangements with Alliance Bank.
• Implement standard IMAGINE systems for clients and ensure seamless integration.
• Liaise with Product and Sales to address gaps and propose improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through after-sales support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate regional deal documentation and serve as main client contact during the process.
