Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional implementation teams to support electronic banking integration, including ERP/host-to-host connectivity.
• Lead platform installation, customer training, system migration, and ERP integration.
• Manage implementation pipeline with milestone tracking and client expectations.
• Support Sales in delivering complex transaction banking solutions (e.g., Treasury Management Systems, Host-to-host, SWIFT FileAct).
• Provide end-to-end delivery and user training in SMAR&T S and other banking channels.
