Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory Services to join its Advisory - Finance Advisory Team in the Philippines. You will lead due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers, coordinating with clients and target executives.

The role requires 5+ years in Audit, Finance or TAS, a 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus, and a hybrid schedule (2 onsite days, 3 WFH) with full onsite in first two months; midshift

Qualifications

• At least five plus years of recent experience in Audit, Finance or Transaction Advisory (preferred).
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Licensed CPA is a plus.
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
• Amenable to working on a midshift schedule (3pm - 12mn PHT).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, direct and complete financial/accounting due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers and sellers from a variety of industries.
• Develop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target company executives.
• Compiling and analyzing historical financial data/financial statements and interview with buyer or seller.
• Commenting on client sellers and client targets' financial operating results and financial position.
• Supervise and develop the skills of seniors and associates and provide performance review feedback.
• Assist Partners and Senior Managers on proposals and new business opportunities by drafting responses and building client relationships.
• Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell Aprio services and solutions.
• Communicate with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence.
• Maintain strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, TAS or M&A.
• Provide leadership, training and mentoring.
• Foster relationships across coworkers and clients.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
