Job summary

JLL is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for APAC and other regions. You will develop content, refreshers, and onboarding programs, collaborating with delivery teams to close performance gaps and drive employee growth.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of work experience with JLL.
• Experience in Valuations Advisory / capital markets is a must.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, accountability, and respect.
• Prior experience in Training/Teaching is advantageous.
• Knowledge of e-learning content creation is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Programs: Create and design training programs aligning with objectives across APAC and other regions.
• Create Need-Based Content: Develop engaging content addressing skill gaps and improving performance.
• Conduct Refresher Courses: Deliver refresher courses for ongoing professional growth.
• Onboard New Hires: Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Partner with Delivery Teams: Collaborate with teams to identify performance gaps and address them.
