Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a senior leader in Training & Quality to drive enterprise-wide programs across geographies. You will translate strategy into scalable operational execution, lead transformation initiatives, and act as the single point of contact for clients and internal leaders.

You will govern performance, drive tool adoption, support growth ramps, and optimize workforce planning using lean resourcing.

• Leadership of enterprise Training & Quality functions across geographies.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational execution.
• Experience with transformation initiatives (AI learning, automation).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Single point of contact for Clients and Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality.
