Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration.
• Preferably with 6 months-1 year experience in training, HR, administrative, or related functions.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training activities and schedules.
• Able to prepare training materials, attendance records, reports, and other documentation.
• Can coordinate effectively with employees, trainers, and different departments.
