Job summary

Biitech Solutions is seeking an experienced Assistant Training Manager to lead onboarding programs, knowledge transfer initiatives, training governance, and policy management in a dynamic tech account. The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and performance improvement to support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in training roles, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Lead, Assistant Training Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in Social Media accounts is preferred; candidates from other BPO lines of business are welcome to apply.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Willing to work midshift to shifting schedules.
• Must not be a current or former employee of the client.
• Stable employment history (non-job hopper).

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) initiatives.
• Ensure process documentation is accurate, updated, and effectively transferred to operations teams.
• Manage account-level knowledge management programs and performance metrics.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and identify learning gaps.
• Design and oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
• Monitor training effectiveness during OJT and go-live phases.
• Develop and implement refresher and remedial training programs.
• Provide coaching and development plans for trainers and policy specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness.
• Support calibration sessions, policy reviews, and process improvement activities.
• Generate and analyze training reports, trends, and performance metrics.
• Conduct client reviews and present training deliverables and recommendations.
