Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in incubation programs, program management, training and capacity building.

About the Role:

The Training Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training, capacity- building, and entrepreneurship development programs. The role also involves supporting startup incubation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, CSR initiatives, and other ecosystem development activities at TECHIN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating Training and Entrepreneurship Development programs.
• Liaison with consultants and resource persons for training and mentoring.

• Computer skills, Proficient in Office and G Suite; Working knowledge in Canva/ InDesign/ Other Design software will be a plus.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to the ecosystem/organization.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• The role may require travel based on project and organizational requirements.

Salary:

• Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs 40,000/- per month.
• The position is on contract for an initial period of 1 year, including a 3-month probation period. The contract may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.
