Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Training Officer to design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque. The role requires hands-on facilitation across classroom, virtual, and on-the-job settings.

You will assess training needs with Operations and Quality, develop materials, and measure effectiveness using coaching and performance metrics. A collaborative, inclusive culture and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer, or similar learning and development role.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end training programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual training environments.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, job aids, and managing LMS data.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience collaborating with Quality and Operations teams to implement targeted learning interventions.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on training metrics, completion rates, and performance trends.
• Background in supporting change management or career development initiatives.
