Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a trainer to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for internal and external customers. You will maintain existing training content and systems, and respond to regulatory mandates and payment brand compliance while providing presentations, demonstrations, and consultancy to learners.

The role includes on-site client training and collaboration with senior trainers, with opportunities to expand knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; no strict prior experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training using standardized materials.
• Experience applying training delivery to support learner engagement.
• Basic presentation, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City; rotating schedules welcome.
• Tenured CSR or TSR with coaching/SME experience are encouraged to apply.

Job description

Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge

What you'll deliver:

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with no strict requirement for prior professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge in assigned topics.
• Can apply any prior training delivery or subject matter experience to support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
• Basic presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer and support trainer-led activities.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and amenable to shifting or rotational schedules.
• Tenured Customer Service Representatives (CSR) or Technical Support Representatives (TSR) with coaching, mentoring, or SME experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of relevant experience with the ability to manage the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation)
• A relevant training certification, demonstrating strong facilitation and instructional design capabilities
• Proficiency in a second language to effectively support diverse learners and global operations
• Training experience in a BPO, contact center, FinTech, or technology environment.
