Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development professional to oversee training for Forecourt Staff across our stations in Metro Manila.

You will identify development needs through needs analysis, appraisals, and regular consultations with the Stations Operations Team, then design and deliver programs to address those needs.

Qualifications

• Solid background in retail industry.
• Ability to handle multiple branches and fieldwork.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
• Must be able to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle (manual and automatic).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the learning and development of Forecourt Staff and equip them with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to carry out their work activities effectively.
• Identify learning and development needs of Forecourt Staff and employees within the department through needs analysis, appraisals, focus group discussions, and regular consultation with the Stations Operations Team and Stations Support Group.
• Design learning and development programs based on the needs of the Forecourt Staff and employees within the department.
• Collaborate with the Stations Operations Team and Stations Support Group to produce quality programs that are relevant to the Forecourt Staff and employees within the department.
