• Greet customers and assist with fueling requests.
• Operate fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
• Follow fuel handling and emergency procedures.
• Ensure forecourt cleanliness and report defects.

Job description

• Greet customers and assist with fueling requests.
• Answer questions about fuel types, services, and promotions.
• Offer promotional or loyalty programs to customers and clients.
• Assist the Station Manager in client acquisition by supporting outreach efforts for additional purchase orders and promoting the company's products and offers.

FUELING & VEHICLE ASSISTANCE

• Operate fuel pumps and assist customers as needed.
• Ensure safe handling of fuel to prevent spills.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

• Follow fuel handling and emergency procedures.
• Adhere to environmental and company regulations.
• Monitor the forecourt for suspicious activity.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE OVERSIGHT

• Ensure forecourt, cashier area, comfort rooms, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Report facility or equipment defects for prompt repair.

STOCK INVENTORY

• Conduct fuel stock checks before and after each shift using a dipstick on the underground tank (UGT).
• Conducts and documents pump readings after each shift or as required.
• Accurately report fuel levels to ensure proper inventory management.
