Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Training Officer to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for Forecourt Staff to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
The role reports to the Station Operations Team and requires coordinating with the Learning Academy and People Engagement Team. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Education/Psychology and at least 3 years in Learning and Development, preferably in petroleum or retail.
The Training Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of Forecourt Staff. The role ensures employees are equipped to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused station operations while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Conduct training needs analysis through performance evaluations, operational assessments, and consultations with the Station Operations Team.
Design, develop, and facilitate onboarding, technical, operational, customer service, and compliance training programs.
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and learning modules.
Monitor and evaluate Forecourt Staff performance using the Performance Evaluation Tool and recommend appropriate interventions.
Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on business and operational needs.
Ensure completion of all mandatory and statutory training requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Collaborate with the Station Operations Team, Station Support Group, Learning Academy, and People Engagement Team to support employee development initiatives.
Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Training, preferably in the petroleum, retail, or service industry.
Previous experience in a petroleum company is an advantage.
Strong training facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication, organization, and report-writing skills.
Willing to travel to company stations as needed.
