Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, define user stories, and coordinate UAT. You will map data flows, establish KPIs, and guide solutions with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and SAP/domain knowledge are preferred.

Remote or office flexibility is available, with ongoing learning opportunities. The role emphasizes collaboration across domains like Sales, Finance, RD&E, and Sustainability, and requires experience in cloud data tools

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Drives continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Facilitates requirements workshops and interviews to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and current-state processes.
• Translates business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Governs requirements to keep them current and aligned.
• Maps business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships.
• Defines KPI measures, formulas, dimensions, filters, and data-quality rules.
• Documents data catalogs, glossaries, and metadata.
• Advises clients on optimal solutions meeting business requirements.
• Leads UAT planning, test-case prep, defect triage, and business sign-off.
• Coordinates user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

Tasks:

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adept in working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.
• Experience in any project management methodologies and software development processes
• Proficient in data analysis tools
• SAP tables and process knowledge for any of the following domains – Sales, Finance, RD&E and Sustainability
• Databricks SQL or another cloud data platform
• dbt documentation and tests
• Data lineage or catalog tools such as Unity Catalog
• Basic API/file-interface understanding
• AI assisted delivery preferred tools: GitHub Copilot for technical documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, tests, queries and reviews.

Nice To Have:

Claude skills or equivalent reusable AI instructions/workflows for repeatable analysis, documentation and delivery activities.

Domain Specific Requirement:

• Sales: Customer and product hierarchies, pricing, sales orders, promotions, trade spend, sell-in/sell-out and customer profitability; SAP SD/TPM is strongly preferred
• Insights & Innovation: Use-case discovery, hypothesis definition, business-value measures, experiment acceptance criteria and executive insight needs
• Supply Chain: Demand planning, inventory, replenishment, production, shipments, OTIF and forecast accuracy; SAP MM/PP/QM preferred
• Finance: General ledger, P&L, cost centers, accounting periods, accruals, close and reconciliation; SAP FI/CO strongly preferred
• HQ - RD&E and Sustainability: Product master, formulation, new-product development stages, regulatory attributes and sustainability measures; PLM knowledge preferred
