Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for classroom management, the successful delivery of the new hire onboarding curriculum, and the initial integration of trainees into the operational nesting environment. This role adapts instructional delivery styles to support diverse learning curves, ensuring that graduates meet baseline operational readiness targets.

Key Responsibilities

• New Hire Instruction: Deliver foundational onboarding programs utilizing standard training curricula, Scenario-Based Learning (SBL), and Socratic methodology to maintain an interactive adult learning environment.
• Classroom Management & Support: Manage digital presentation displays, whiteboards, remote tools, and standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track class attendance and grade evaluations.
• Nesting & Performance Analytics: Quantitatively assess early performance trends during the nesting phase to pinpoint baseline skills gaps and execute target coaching interventions on identified outliers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Compile and distribute daily End-of-Day (EOD) batch performance, graduation yield, and readiness reports to program stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Education/Experience: College Graduate with at least one (1) year of active working experience as a Trainer within a BPO setting.
• Communications Profile: High level of verbal and written English proficiency, including business writing skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of standard business software including Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Operational Requirements: Ready to assist with phone time during peak intervals per WFM request; flexible to work graveyard, weekend, or holiday shifts.
