Job summary

Virtual Staffing Solutions seeks a Trainer to design and deliver training programs that equip employees to meet business and compliance standards. You will support onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement in partnership with Operations, QA, and Workforce.

The role requires facilitation, strong communication, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable coaching plans. You will maintain training materials and contribute to overall readiness for launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years BPO/contact center experience.
• 2-3yrs experience in training, coaching, or quality is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured training (new hire, product, systems, refreshers) and support nesting through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Update training materials and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining TTT certification.
• Monitor trainee performance, provide coaching plans, and work with QA and Operations to address gaps.
• Conduct assessments and track key training metrics, attendance, and outcomes accurately.
