Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Traffic Planner 1 to draft traffic management plans, track daily timesheets, and support training for new planners. The role requires Civil Eng or drafting tech background, AutoCAD, and strong MS 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, drafting tech, or related field.
• 1–3 years in urban planning, road safety, or related field.
• AutoCAD background.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and tech-savvy.
• Attention to detail and space planning.
• Know how to read road maps and road signs.
• Knowledge of driving and road signs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft extensive Traffic Management plans as per AGTTM / MUTCD / NZGTTM / TCAWS standard.
• Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in conducting training to newly hired state Traffic Planner.
• Capable of doing TGS's for simple and low-speed roads.
• Responsible for the learning and development of the new entrants of Traffic Planner.
• Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.

Your Role

As a Traffic Planner 1, you will be responsible for:

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Drafting Tech, or any related field.
• 1-3 years and above experience in the same or related field like Urban Planning & Road Safety
• AutoCAD Background
• Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 products and Tech Savvy.
• Tedious, attention to detail, & proficient in space planning.
• Know how to use road maps.
• Knows how to drive and understand road signs.
