Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Traffic Planner in a hybrid role at Two Ecom, Mall of Asia, Philippines. The position welcomes fresh graduates with CAD background and requires strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet skills alongside solid interpersonal and leadership abilities.

You will draft plans, track daily timesheets, respond to KPIs, and drive productivity improvements while ensuring quality and timely execution within company guidelines and values.

Responsibilities

• Draft extensive plans ensuring plans drawn per US code of practice and Altus expectations, submitted timely
• Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports promptly
• Respond to communication within KPIs
• Measure performance and implement productivity/profitability improvements
• Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels
• Ensure management timeframes and requests are met
• Align activities with Company Guidelines, Mission and Values

Your Role:

As aTraffic Planner, you will:

• Draft extensive plans ensuring all plans are drawn as per US code
  of practice and Altus expectations and submitted in a timely manner.
• Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports in a timely manner.
• Respond to communication within KPIs
• Measure performance and make changes to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.
• Ensure all timeframes and requests made by management are adhered to in accordance with set time frames made by the requester.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement
