MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, is seeking a Traffic Planner for a hybrid role at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. You will develop TMPs, TGSs, and traffic management solutions, and prepare reports.

Ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering-related degree, 1–3 years traffic planning experience, AutoCAD expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

• 1–3 years of experience in traffic planning or related fields (urban planning, road safety).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and traffic management plans.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for detailed planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) per standards (AGTTM, MUTCD, NZGTTM, TCAWS).
• Prepare Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for simple scenarios and low-speed roads.
• Complete daily timesheets, planning trackers, and progress reports on time.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Traffic Planners.

Your Role

As a Traffic Planner, you will:

• Develop comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in accordance with applicable standards, including AGTTM, MUTCD, NZGTTM, and TCAWS.
• Prepare Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for simple traffic scenarios and low-speed roads.
• Complete daily timesheets, planning trackers, and progress reports accurately and within established deadlines.
• Assist in delivering training and onboarding programs for newly hired Traffic Planners.
• Support the learning and development of new team members by sharing technical knowledge, planning procedures, and best practices.
• Review traffic planning outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards and communicate quality requirements across all levels.
• Utilize road maps, traffic layouts, and relevant planning tools to develop accurate and practical traffic management solutions.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and consistent delivery of traffic planning requirements.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in traffic planning or a related field, such as urban planning and road safety.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and preparing traffic management plans.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to adapt to various technical software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle detailed planning and space allocation requirements.
• Ability to interpret and navigate road maps and understand road layouts.
• Knowledge of road signs, traffic regulations, and basic road safety principles.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Familiarity with AGTTM, MUTCD, NZGTTM, and TCAWS traffic management standards.
• Experience preparing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs).
• Knowledge of traffic control layouts, temporary traffic management, and road safety practices.
• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding new team members.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive, with a practical understanding of road conditions and traffic signs.
