MicroSourcing is seeking a Traffic Planner in Pasay City (Mall of Asia area) with a background in Civil Engineering or related drafting fields. You will develop TMPs, draft TGSs for simple roads, and prepare ongoing tracking and training materials for the team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in traffic planning, strong AutoCAD skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. The role supports hybrid work and focuses on collaborative, detail-oriented planning within a diverse team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in traffic planning or related field (urban planning/road safety).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting traffic management plans.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and adaptability to various software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for detailed planning and space allocation.
• Ability to interpret and navigate road maps and understand road layouts.
• Knowledge of road signs, traffic regulations, and basic road safety principles.

Aufgaben

• Develop comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) per standards (AGTTM, MUTCD, NZGTTM, TCAWS).
• Prepare Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for simple, low-speed roads.
• Complete daily timesheets, planning trackers, and progress reports on time.
• Assist in delivering training and onboarding for new Traffic Planners.
• Support learning and development by sharing procedures and best practices.
• Review planning outputs to ensure quality standards are met and communicate requirements across levels.
• Utilize road maps and planning tools to develop accurate traffic management solutions.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely delivery of planning requirements.
