Job summary

The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) is seeking a capable professional to provide functional support to Trading Participants, ensuring data accuracy in the TAGen system and related engines.

You will prepare foreign market reports, update market data, assist with company listings and delistings, and offer technical support during trading floor ceremonies. Strong capital markets knowledge and on-site availability in Taguig are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and financial industry.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to Trading Participants.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of foreign market reports.
• Update market data and manage company listings including delisting.
• Provide technical support during trading floor ceremonies.
• Generate and prepare SEC and broker reports.
• Conduct testing and validate system functionality and data.
• Support trading participants with functional and technical issues.

• Provides functional support to Trading Participants. Ensures accounts codes in TAGen database exists in PSE order management and trading engines




• Prepares and ensures the accuracy of foreign market report




• Ensures the market data displayed are updated regularly and accurately. Also responsible for adding a new company, updates of listed companies, delisting, and declassification of a security




• Provides technical support for listed companies and/or trading participants during ceremonies held in the trading floor that requires EDB audio-visual display




• Generates and prepares reports requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), brokoers, or any institution or individual authorized to have access to the particular reports.




• Provides functional and technical support to trading participants




• Conducts testing, following a prepared script to compare expected with actual results, validates system functionality, and validates data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field




• With at least one (1) year experience on related functions




• With basic understanding of capital markets and have a sufficient knowledge of the financial industry




• Willing to work on-site (BGC, Taguig)
