Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking a Trade Parts Representative to join our onsite team.

You will handle wholesale parts orders, build strong relationships with local trade customers, identify parts using electronic catalogs, and prepare quotes and invoices. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or related field, experience in automotive trade sales or interpreting parts, and familiarity with DMS and parts catalogs.

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in automotive trade sales.
• Strong understanding of vehicle components and parts catalogs.
• Familiarity with DMS and electronic parts catalogs.
• Clear phone manner and strong customer service skills.

Trade Parts Representative / Trade Parts Interpreter (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Trade Sales: Take and process wholesale parts orders via phone, email, and online portals from mechanical and crash repair shops.
• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with local trade customers to grow parts volume and repeat business.
• Parts Identification: Use electronic catalog software to accurately identify and source genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.
• Quotes & Invoicing: Prepare competitive price quotes, process returns, and handle credit claims efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, or any related field.
• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in automotive trade sales.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical components and parts catalogs.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and electronic parts catalogues.
• Clear phone manner and strong face-to-face customer service skills.
