Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators.
• Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Provide accurate price quotes and product recommendations to customers based on their needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling related products or services.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of automotive parts and their applications to customers.
• Advise customers on the best parts, tools, or solutions based on their specific requirements.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, or product inquiries promptly and professionally.
