Job summary

The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, managing timelines, documents, and budgets, and providing on-site event support. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in events/BTL/trade marketing and strong MS Office/Keynote skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, or related field.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in an events agency, BTL agency, or trade marketing.
• Experience coordinating with retail stores, shopping malls, or experiential booth fabricators.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and budget management.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, with minimal supervision.
• Shows initiative and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Keynote.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of events and marketing projects.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines and keep tasks on schedule.
• Assist with client communications and meetings; coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Prepare and organize project documents and reports; support budgeting, billing, and contracts; track expenses.
• Provide on-site support during events and assist in post-event reports and closeout.
• Keep project documents organized and up to date.
