Job summary

The role includes budget allocations, contract negotiations, and timely execution of campaigns across a defined territory. You will educate retail partners, monitor compliance, and report on trends, while building strong relationships in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in decision making with regional management.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle included).
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Understanding of financial planning and time management.
• 2+ years FMCG sales experience; project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Selling and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize product distribution, inventory levels and pricing within a defined territory.
• Manage territory data reports, budgets, expense accounts and vehicle maintenance.
• Negotiate retail contracts and monitor key accounts for compliance.
• Implement retail programs and product launches to maximize ROI.
• Educate the trade on brand attributes and use of trade tools.
• Monitor compliance of national and regional agreements.
• Engage retailers on business trends and competitive activity.
• Present a professional image and build strong customer rapport.
