Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience in an operations setting.
• Experience overseeing trade processing and settlement workflows.
• Knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, trade support and fail management.
• Demonstrated risk and control awareness with deadline focus.
• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Customer service experience handling challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end custody trades from capture to settlement.
• Monitor daily trade capture, settlement and fail management activities.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Respond to queries on trade status and settlement timelines.
• Allocate work through capacity planning and prioritization.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
• Communicate priorities and regulatory changes to the team.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for processing quality.
