Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute trade and consumer events across key markets in the Philippines. You will liaise with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure brand standards are followed at every venue.

The role requires 1–3 years of event coordination or promotions experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel and flexible hours including weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or promotions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade and consumer events, including promotions, activations, and exhibits.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, permits, materials, manpower, and transportation.
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are properly implemented in all events.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align event objectives and strategies.
• Supervise on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time.
• Prepare post-event reports, including performance evaluation and recommendations.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights during events.
