Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Trade Events and Operations Associate to support planning and execution of residential trade events and activations, including launches, broker events, site tours, and buyer-facing activities.

The role focuses on smooth operational coordination to back sales, leasing, and brand engagement for residential developments, with emphasis on timely execution and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in events, operations, real estate, or sales support roles.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience supporting property launches or broker events is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for residential trade events such as project launches, broker open houses, site tours, and exhibitions.
• Support planning and on-site execution of sales and marketing activations.
• Liaise with brokers, suppliers, vendors, venues, and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Property Management).
• Manage event materials, marketing collaterals, inventory, and setup requirements.
• Track operational timelines, budgets, and event documentation.

• Ensure events align with brand standards and residential project positioning.
