Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in the Philippines is seeking an Engineering Sales & Post-Sale consultant to lead technical engagements for marking, coding and digital print solutions. You will prepare and conduct technical sales briefings, assess customer specs and estimate costs, resources, and schedules for tailored deployments.

You will guide post-sale configurations, design custom solutions, diagnose complex equipment issues, and supervise installation and training with customers,

Qualifications

• Responsibilities typical include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
• Diagnosing malfunctions of complex devices/equipment/systems and directing/overseeing repair work performed by Engineering Technicians.
• Leading post-sale product configuration and designing custom solutions in accordance with customer specifications.
• Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
• Researching customer technical specifications and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution.
