Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking an Engineering Sales & Post-Sale Consultant to drive technical sales briefings and oversee post-sale product configurations. You will research customer specifications, estimate costs, and design custom solutions while guiding installations and training.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects with limited supervision in a global, multidisciplinary environment.

Aufgaben

• Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
• Researching customer technical specifications and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution.
• Leading post-sale product configuration and designing custom solutions in accordance with customer specifications.
• Diagnosing malfunctions of complex devices/equipment/systems and directing/overseeing repair work performed by Engineering Technicians.
• Conducting technical user training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
