Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Associate-level operative to provide operational support for Third-Party Approvals (TPA), Vendor Query Management (VQM), and data permissioning services. You will process requests, ensure compliance with licensing and policy requirements, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and data management functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Siebel, or similar systems is an advantage, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Passion for delivering quality service and finding opportunities for process improvement.
• Knowledge of third-party approval processes, exchange and specialist data licensing, or entitlements is an advantage.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end processing of approval, enquiry, and request-for-service cases with accurate validation and data handling.
• Reviews requests and entitlement requirements to ensure compliance with policies and licensing.
• Processes and maintains records in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data accuracy throughout the lifecycle.
• Performs validation to meet compliance, licensing, and commercial requirements prior to approval and fulfillment.
• Meets productivity, quality, and SLA targets while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborates with Accounts, Compliance, System Support, external stakeholders, and vendors to resolve requests.
• Handles complex requests with data access approvals and entitlements, maintaining service quality.
• Builds knowledge of upstream/downstream processes to identify risks and improve operational excellence.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Manages full permissioning processes, including activation/deactivation, with accuracy.
