Job summary

ACCIONA Construction is looking for a Tower Manager to be based in the Philippines. The role leads the construction of the main bridge towers, from level +3.52 to tower head, ensuring planning, coordination, progress monitoring and execution in line with project schedule and safety standards.

The Tower Manager reports to the Construction Manager and coordinates with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team to approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences, while supervising

Qualifications

• 15 years total experience in construction
• 10 years in marine bridge construction
• Strong technical knowledge of cable-stayed bridge tower construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team.

ACCIONA Construction is looking for a Tower Manager to be based in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for leading the construction of the main bridge towers, which form the central structural elements supporting the cable-stayed bridge main span and adjacent rear spans. This position will ensure proper planning, coordination, progress monitoring and execution of the tower works in line with project schedule, technical requirements, quality standards and health & safety procedures.

Job Description

The Tower Manager is the section head responsible for the overall execution of the tower’s construction, from level +3.52 to tower head. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with design and engineering teams, progress monitoring, and high-level decision-making to keep the tower works aligned with the project schedule and technical requirements.

Reports To: Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Total Experience: 15 years
• Experience in similar position in marine bridge construction: 10 years
• Strong technical knowledge of cable-stayed bridge tower construction.
• Degree in Civil Engineering
