Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Reporting Specialist to help maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients across industries. You will work with global teams in advisory, assurance, tax and business services, applying your knowledge of transparency reporting to deliver accurate data and insights.

In this role you’ll collaborate with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to ensure audit-ready transparency data, while developing your skills and building your personal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics.
• Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations.
• Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar).

Responsibilities

• Providing advisory and practical support to teams across various risk and compliance areas.
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively.
• Applying intellectual curiosity to gather information and analyze facts for risk reporting.
• Handling confidential information with care and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Adapting to diverse client needs and collaborating with team members to deliver quality work.
• Developing commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to foster teamwork and collaboration.

• Reviewing payments and transfers of value (ToV) against Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations, and providing accurate, reportable data.
• Tracking, aggregating, and validating HCP/HCO spend data for disclosure in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data with fixed deadlines.
