Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Audit Associate to perform financial statement audits and support senior staff within our Assurance practice. You will work directly with clients, applying auditing standards, gathering data, and contributing to accurate reporting.

You will grow skills across our global teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, with hands-on learning, data analysis, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of external audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with GAAS and GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports and disclosures.
• Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate internal controls and risks.
• Collaborate with client management to gather financial data.
• Utilize data analysis and interpretation to assess trends.
• Document audit processes and findings to maintain records.
• Support the team in monitoring financial transactions and discrepancies.
• Participate in development of data visualization to enhance audit reporting.
• Address complex financial reporting issues with technical accounting knowledge.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of audit procedures.
