Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Reporting Specialist to help maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk for clients across geographies, collaborating with advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams.

You will work on transparency reporting, ToV data and HCP/HCO spend disclosure, applying analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication to deliver audit-ready data and value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics.
• Experience with Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations.
• Experience with transparency/data systems such as SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar.

Responsibilities

• Providing advisory and practical support across risk and compliance areas.
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Analyzing facts for risk reporting and data accuracy.
• Reviewing payments and ToV data against Sunshine Act, EFPIA and other regulations.
• Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data.

As a Reporting Specialist at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. • Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data with fixed deadlines

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics
• Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations
• Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar)
