Shore360 is seeking an experienced Web Developer / Graphic Designer to own the company website and digital/creative outputs. You will work closely with Australian management, manage WordPress/Elementor, and ensure high standards across pages, SEO, and conversion strategies.

The role requires hands-on development, independent work, and strong communication to align with management on projects and priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in web development and digital design.
• Demonstrated experience with tourism, travel, adventures, or experience-based websites.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company website and digital/creative requirements.
• Develop and optimise tourism, booking, and conversion pages for direct bookings.
• Implement analytics, conversion tracking, and digital marketing integrations.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, fast, secure, and accessible web experiences.
• Coordinate with Australian management and marketing team.
