About Shore360:

Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Web Developer / Graphic Designer to work closely with our Australian management and marketing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the company website and digital/creative requirements. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate confidently with Australian management while ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the company website using WordPress and Elementor.

  • Develop and optimise website pages with a strong focus on usability, performance, SEO, and conversions.

  • Manage WordPress plugins, integrations, updates, security, backups, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and maintain website functionality using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, secure, and optimised for speed and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues independently.

  • Implement and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, and digital marketing integrations.

Tourism, Booking & Conversion
  • Develop and optimise high-converting tourism, tour, and activity pages.

  • Manage and optimise Rezdy integrations, including product pages, booking buttons, availability, and customer booking flows.

  • Improve the customer journey from online discovery through to direct booking.

  • Support promotional, seasonal, and special offers across the website.

  • Integrate and maintain Google and TripAdvisor reviews and other relevant tourism features.

  • Monitor analytics and conversion data to identify opportunities to increase direct bookings.

  • Apply an understanding of how photography, video, content, and page design influence tourism purchasing decisions.

SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices.

  • Manage metadata, schema, redirects, internal linking, and page optimisation.

  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to website visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.

Graphic Design & Creative
  • Create website graphics, promotional materials, digital advertisements, and social media assets.

  • Design brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing collateral.

  • Perform basic photo editing, resizing, compression, and optimisation.

  • Prepare artwork according to appropriate print and digital specifications.

  • Maintain consistency with company branding across all creative materials.

  • Assist with basic video editing where required.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent professional design software.

Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage multiple website, development, and creative projects simultaneously.

  • Follow briefs accurately and deliver work within agreed timelines.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, feedback, information, and approvals.

  • Conduct thorough quality checks before submitting work for approval, including spelling, URLs, pricing, images, formatting, functionality, and other critical details.

  • Communicate promptly with Australian management when clarification, feedback, or approval is required.

  • Take ownership of projects from brief through to completion.

  • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities rather than simply waiting for instructions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in web development and digital design.

  • Demonstrated experience working with tourism, travel, adventure, attractions, or experience-based websites.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with WordPress and Elementor.

  • Experience with Rezdy or similar tourism booking platforms, preferably including booking integrations and customer booking flows.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on‑page SEO, metadata, schema, redirects, and page optimisation.

  • Experience managing WordPress plugins, integrations, updates, security, backups, and troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.

  • Understanding of Meta Pixel and digital marketing tracking.

  • Strong website speed and performance optimisation skills.

  • Experience with mobile‑first development and testing.

  • Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.

Key Attributes

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly detail‑oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and quality.

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable, honest, and accountable for their work.

  • Comfortable taking ownership and seeing projects through to completion.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Thorough in proofreading and quality‑checking their own work.

  • Able to follow instructions and approved briefs without making unnecessary changes.

  • Responsive and proactive in following up on outstanding tasks.

  • A clear and confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English.

  • Comfortable communicating directly with Australian management.

  • Professional and receptive to feedback.

  • Collaborative while also being capable of working independently.

  • Someone who takes initiative and actively looks for ways to improve the website, creative output, and overall customer experience.

Desirable Experience
  • Experience with Rezdy or other tourism booking systems.

  • Experience optimising websites specifically for direct tourism bookings.

  • Experience with Google and TripAdvisor review integrations.

  • Basic video editing skills.

  • Experience with additional digital marketing, analytics, or conversion optimisation tools.

  • Previous experience supporting an Australian or international business.
