Shore360 is seeking a hands-on Web Developer and Graphic Designer to own our website and digital creative for travel-related experiences. You will work with Australian management to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused web assets.

Responsibilities include WordPress/Elementor development, SEO, analytics, and creating promotional visuals. Strong communication and independent work style are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in web development and digital design.
• Demonstrated experience with tourism, travel, adventure, or experience-based websites.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience with Rezdy or similar tourism booking platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and metadata, schema, redirects, and page optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel and digital marketing tracking.
• Strong website speed and mobile-first development.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve the company website using WordPress and Elementor.
• Develop pages with usability, performance, SEO, and conversions.
• Manage plugins, updates, security, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, secure, and fast websites.
• Implement analytics, tracking, and marketing integrations.
• Develop high-converting tourism pages and optimise Rezdy integrations.
• Monitor analytics and conversion data to increase direct bookings.
• Collaborate with Australian management and marketing teams.
