Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines, seeks a versatile Full-Stack Web Developer to maintain and enhance lead-generation and lead-management platforms. You will handle WordPress, PHP applications, integrations, and Docker-based infrastructure across public sites and internal portals.

The role covers modern and legacy systems, debugging complex issues, and progressively improving reliability and maintainability of the technology stack.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining existing or legacy PHP applications.
• Strong experience with WordPress development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Elementor and/or similar WordPress page builders.
• Experience with Gravity Forms or complex WordPress form systems.
• Experience with MySQL and/or MariaDB.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Working knowledge of Apache and Nginx.
• Experience consuming, troubleshooting, or building REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong Git-based development workflow experience.
• Ability to investigate complex bugs across the application, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Comfortable working with established codebases where documentation or architecture may not always be perfect.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop WordPress-based lead-generation websites and templates.
• Develop PHP-based lead management and supplier-facing applications.
• Maintain Docker-based development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate WordPress with HubSpot, AWS SQS, and other services.
• Troubleshoot security, performance, and compatibility issues across the stack.
