Job summary

World Citi Colleges is seeking a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk to manage daily release and return of items, monitor tool condition, and maintain updated asset inventories before and after each semester.

The role includes maintaining stockroom safety, logging borrowed items, reporting repairs, budgeting the office, coordinating preventive calibration, adhering to QMS standards, and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conducts release & return of all items on a daily basis.
• Maintains and monitors the condition of tools or equipment and ensures adequate supply.
• Maintains an updated inventory of assets in the area before and after each semester.
• Maintains safety measures in the stockroom to prevent accidents, e.g., fire, combustion or explosion.
• Maintains an updated logbook on borrowed tools, equipment and materials.
• Reports any equipment that needs repair and cleaning services.
• Prepares budget of the office.
• Schedules and coordinates equipment, tools and apparatus for preventive calibration and maintenance.
• Implements and adheres with QMS and accreditation standards.
• Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
