What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate, repair, and modify metal parts and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate and precise machining
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, and implement solutions to resolve problems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
