OPERATIONS MANAGER
- With strong background in machine shop operations and toolings management
- Knowledgeable in CNC / fabrication / preventive maintenance
- Experience in production planning, workflow, and manpower supervision
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Can implement process improvements and ensure quality & safety standards
- Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Preferably with at least 3–5 years supervisory or managerial experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
