• Raises queries for any unclear instructions and informs supervisor or partners of discrepancies.
• Reports issues with client-supplied applications and network breakdowns to supervisor for seamless production.
• Attends training, orientations, and client/company-initiated training as needed to fulfill department needs.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
