Job summary

D2B in the Philippines is hiring an Estimator/Detailer to join our timber framing and pre-cut manufacturing team. You will start with accurate material take-offs and cost estimates, reporting to the Pre-Cut Manager, and you will be trained in MiTek and Pryda detailing software.

As you progress, you will produce production and layout drawings, liaise with internal teams in English, and help ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or diploma in Architecture, Draughting, Building Construction or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in plan take-offs and estimating timber components.
• Strong reading of architectural plans and exposure to MiTek/Pryda.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and preliminary cost estimates.
• Learn and apply MiTek and Pryda detailing software.
• Produce production and layout drawings using MiTek/Pryda.
• Manage workload to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain clear English communication with team and internal stakeholders.
