D2B in the Philippines is hiring a Draftsperson/Detailer for a fully remote, full-time role focused on producing accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and timber specifications in line with detailing standards.

You will work under the Team Leader or Head Detailer, coordinating with factory and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality documentation while maintaining CAD workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of drafting/detailing experience.
• Degree or certificate in drafting/architecture.
• Experience with Australian or New Zealand market is preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and production-ready drawings based on architectural and engineering plans.
• Follow internal detailing procedures, standards, and instructions from the Head Detailer.
• Produce cutting lists, timber sizing details, and specifications for factory production.
• Maintain knowledge of drafting procedures and software tools.
• Coordinate with Team Leader and relevant internal departments (factory, production, estimating).
• Ensure all drawings are completed with high accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Keep documentation organized, updated, and compliant with procedures.
• Identify issues and propose solutions through the Team Leader.
