Overseas is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator to manage recruitment and communications at scale for our fast-growing TikTok Shop agency serving e-commerce clients. You will run outreach campaigns to recruit new creators, manage affiliate marketplace activity, and track creator sales performance across client programs.

This role is focused on affiliate management within TikTok Shop; hands-on experience with TikTok Shop tools is required.

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator to manage affiliate recruitment and communication at scale for a fast-growing TikTok Shop agency serving e-commerce clients. You will run outreach campaigns to recruit new creators, manage affiliate marketplace activity, handle inbound affiliate messages, review sample requests, and track creator sales performance across client programs.

This is a dedicated TikTok Shop affiliate management role. No other agency tasks are involved. Prior hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate management is the top hiring criteria for this position — it is not a nice-to-have. If you have worked inside TikTok Shop's affiliate and creator tools, understand how sample-for-content programs work, and can manage high-volume creator outreach and communication consistently, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Affiliate Recruitment and Outreach

• Run outreach campaigns to recruit new affiliates and creators into client TikTok Shop programs
• Conduct high-volume outreach using TikTok's native affiliate and creator tools, Yuka, and Cruva
• Follow outreach templates and sequences consistently while maintaining quality across a high volume of contacts

Affiliate Communication and Inbox Management

• Respond to inbound affiliate messages and questions using templated and standard responses
• Manage ongoing communication with active affiliates and creators including confirming content requirements such as posting three videos with the product in exchange for free samples
• Escalate non-standard or complex issues to a manager rather than guessing

Sample Request Review and Approval

• Review free sample requests from affiliates and approve or deny them based on pre-set rule sets provided by the team
• Apply decision frameworks consistently and accurately across a high volume of requests
• Document decisions and maintain accurate records of approved and denied requests

Sales and Commission Tracking

• Track affiliate sales and commission activity generated through creator content across client programs
• Maintain accurate and organized records of creator performance data
• Surface relevant performance insights to the team as needed

What You Bring

• Prior hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate management — this is the primary qualification and a hard requirement for this role
• Familiarity with TikTok's native affiliate and creator tools, Yuka, or Cruva is strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and templated communication consistently and accurately
• Able to follow rule-based decision frameworks for approving and denying sample requests without needing judgment calls on every case
• Reliable internet connection with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through across multiple active creator relationships simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience working with e-commerce or agency clients across multiple brands rather than a single brand
• Understanding of creator and influencer economics including commission-based sales and sample-for-content program structures
• Background managing TikTok Shop programs at scale across a portfolio of client accounts
