Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, MCN, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, affiliate marketing and social commerce operations.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Prior experience with TikTok MCN or creator networks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and support various tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies for scouting and acquiring creators and affiliates.
• Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with creators and stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations, onboarding, and brand deal discussions.
• Drive revenue targets through GMV and brand collaborations.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close integrated marketing and affiliate campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day MCN operations with creators, sellers, affiliates, and platform reps.
• Design and launch commercial products and packages (live campaigns, affiliate programs, activations).
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and deliver ROI insights.
