• Mounting high-quality live stream videos for (Tiktok, Lazada and Shopee) to promote sales.
• Develop, maintain and monitor own branded channels for online. (Tiktok, Lazada and Shopee)
• Focus on online platforms for client issues, queries, and complaints and respond quickly.
• Market research from other companies in the industry for the latest trend.
• Actively interact and communicate with online customer on various platforms such as live video broadcast, sales, and delivery, talent shows, etc.
• Maintain a positive, vibrant, and healthy broadcast ambiance.
• Be able to independently plan live chat topics and actively communicate with customer online.
• Maintain the channel's stable order by keeping the live broadcast platform active, increasing client preference and engagement.
