Job summary

BSMT PH INC. is seeking a KOL/Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead TikTok creator partnerships and influencer campaigns in a fast‑paced e‑commerce setting. You will source creators, negotiate terms, coordinate campaigns, and monitor performance to optimize ROI.

The role requires hands‑on experience with TikTok creator sourcing, outreach, and managing campaigns from start to finish. Onsite work in Quezon City is expected, with a focus on driving affiliate and shop campaigns for fashion,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in TikTok creator sourcing and outreach.
• Experience managing influencer/KOL campaigns from sourcing to completion.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
• Understanding of campaign performance metrics, engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City.
• Experience working with e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Creator Sourcing & Screening: research and identify potential creators based on campaign objectives and audience.
• Creator Outreach & Partnership: outreach via TikTok DM, email, and other channels; communicate requirements and terms.
• Campaign Coordination: manage briefs, product seeding, content submissions, posting schedules, and deliverables.
• TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing: onboard creators for shop and affiliate campaigns; monitor performance.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: track views, reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI and prepare insights.
