Job summary

Weekit 7 is seeking a Creator & Influencer Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end campaign execution with local TikTok creators, sourcing, outreach, onboarding, briefing, approvals, and performance tracking.

You will build strong relationships with creators, agencies, MCNs, and media partners, coordinate livestreams and activations, and work with our cross-functional team to optimize ROI and scale partnerships in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in influencer marketing or creator operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English (Filipino preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creator and campaign execution ( sourcing, outreach, onboarding, briefing, approvals, posting coordination, and performance tracking).
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, MCNs, and media partners.
• Coordinate livestream collaborations, scheduling, product seeding, and alignment of briefs.
